A notice of motion from the Board to change the West Lakes Golf Club constitution will be heard at the AGM (expand the numbers on Sub-Committees). The motion will be to increase the size of each Sub-Committee from 3 to 5 members, allowing for a greater contribution from the membership. If carried, the Board will be seeking to second members to the additional Sub-Committee positions.  Therefore, the Board is actively seeking a greater number of nominations than vacancies at the 2019 AGM.  Members are encouraged to speak to Paul Curtis, General Manager or any of the current Board members if they would like any additional information.

Nominations for Board and Sub-Committee positions close with the General Manager at 5:00pm on Thursday 21st November 2019.

NOTICES of MOTION

Must be in writing and handed to the General Manager by 5.00pm on Thursday 21st November 2019 and must include the name and signature of the proposer and seconder (both of whom must be members with voting rights).

A copy of the agenda, notice of motion [if any], list of Candidates and Profiles, Postal Voting papers, Annual Report and audited Statement of Accounts will be posted to every member by Thursday, November 28th 2019.
